In the heart of Chelsea’s Redcliffe Square, where historic façades and garden squares define one of London’s most elegant postcodes, we completed the installation of a bespoke kitchen that reflects the refined character of its surroundings.

The joinery was designed with meticulous attention to proportion, materiality and finish. At its core, the kitchen featured an in-built bulkhead – a subtle architectural gesture that helped anchor the cabinetry within the room. To elevate the finish, we introduced a shadow gap detail between the joinery and the wall, creating a clean, uninterrupted line that allowed the units to feel integrated, almost architectural. This technique enhances the sense of precision and gives the illusion of the cabinetry floating effortlessly within the space – a hallmark of truly seamless installation.

Redcliffe Square itself is a sought-after address, known for its Victorian garden square layout, period stucco buildings, and proximity to Chelsea, South Kensington and Earl’s Court.
