Before placing your order with us, please ensure that you have spoken to your local planning authority about your proposed project.

If planning is required, we can provide you with a planning pack that will include the drawings that you will need for your application.

Our standard planning pack is £150 plus VAT and includes elevations and floor plans, 10 copies.

If we make a building to your specification, our tailor-made planning pack is £250 plus VAT.

In addition to a planning pack you will need to provide your local authority with a block and location plan and the completed application form.  You can usually obtain these documents online from/through your local authority.
